Ahhh, so close we can taste it. Two sweet, luxurious weeks away from the chaos and bureaucracy of school.
You're tired, it's cold outside (probably), and it's finally winter break.
There are two bears inside of you; one wants to hibernate and one wants to get your cave ready for the spring. Choose yourself this winter break and prepare for your Spring bloom.
Let's spend two weeks discarding what we no longer need and getting our minds and bodies right for all the unknowns the spring can bring!
❄️ 🗓️ Schedule your winter intensive goal-setting session between November 9 and December 9 to make the most of our time together! 🗓️ ❄️

When I was teaching, every single year without fail I desperately searched for ways to revamp my classroom, plan a really creative project, or do something else life changing in those two short weeks before the spring semester.
Then the break came. And I was exhausted. And I did not have it in me.
Only to return to school in January with New Planner Energy, wishing that I had the wherewithal over break to actually do those things I wanted to get done.
You deserve better than that endless cycle of burnout.
In the Winter Intensive, we’ll use our SEVEN HOURS OF one-on-one coaching to focus on something you want to start, improve, or finish.
Some things have been going great, but others...not so much. In the Winter Intensive, we start with a goal-setting session where you download me on all your context and we make a plan for how to use our time to improve your work-life balance for the rest of the year. (or at least until testing 😬)
Let’s plan the roll-out of your routines and procedures just like the beginning of the year. I even have a handy-dandy planning document to make sure all of your bases are covered.
Maybe you want to get kids engaged with a fun project but need the support to start or finish the plans. Outsource that boring research and behind-the-scenes stuff to me!
Have a unit coming up that you’re nervous about, and you want to be coached through digesting the content and to have a thought-partner for how to plan your instruction? That could be me!

One 60-minute session where we get to know each other, you tell me a little bit about your unique context and experience, and we put together a plan for our two weeks together!
3 hours per week of one-on-one coaching (three 60 min sessions or two 90 min sessions- up to you)
Revisiting routines & procedures plan
AND your choice of one of the following:
Novel study or unit plan
Field trip plan (just send me the paperwork and I do the research!)
Project-Based Learning Unit connected to the content or standards of your choice
A secret fourth option I haven’t thought of but you’ll talk to me about!
