All the details

Sometimes in an IEP meeting, service providers seem to speak a secret language and don’t always do a great job making sure you understand what is being discussed. That’s where I come in! I can attend IEP meetings right alongside you as an educational advocate to interpret what’s being discussed, help you hold providers accountable, and support you as you use your voice to advocate for your child.

Don’t need active support during the meeting, but want to know how to best prepare? Or maybe you just want someone to be in your corner? I’m here for you. We can review all the documentation, make sure you have the receipts you need, and draft the questions you want to ask in the meeting.

What kinds of services qualify for this package?

  • Attending in person (DC metro area) or virtual meetings to provide interpretation and/or advocacy

  • Prepare notes and resources before the meeting

  • Reviewing the document with you after the meeting before you choose to sign it or schedule an amendment meeting to change it

  • And more! Don't wait! Just book the darn consultation already!

OOOHHH!!! EXTRA GOODIES?!

90 Days of Free Support!

After you sign the document and consent to your child’s plan, I won’t disappear!

Because you are choosing to work with me for an extended time, I am thrilled to offer you 90 days of email support and one free 15-minute video check-in to discuss any specific questions you couldn’t quite figure out how to type out in words.

Ninety days is plenty of time for us to see if your child’s plan is working for them and make any necessary adjustments, and I will be there to give you feedback, answer questions*, and provide support as you navigate the world of advocating for your unique and wonderful child.
